FAQ:

1. How long does it take to dry?

Under normal factors carpets normally dries between 1 - 2 hours. This all depends on carpet type, room ventilation, humidity level, etc.

2. How often can I clean my carpets and upholstery/area?

Cleaning carpets and upholstery regularly is important if you suffer from asthma, allergies or other health issues. Cleaning between 1 - 2 times per year would suffice. Heavy traffic areas, small children, having pets etc. should be washed more often if you want prolonged carpet life

3. Should I remove any items from the room/area?

Small loose items can be removed from the room/area for quicker washing time. Moving larger furniture is optional

4. How long does it take to clean carpets and upholstery?

A small house with three carpets and lounge suite will roughly take 1.5 - 2 hours depending on spot removal, deodorizing, heavy trafficked areas.

5. What else do you clean besides carpets and lounge suites?

I also clean car seats, office carpets and chairs, mattresses, blinds.

6. Can you remove wine, tea, coffee stains, pet odours and urine?

About 90% of all stains and spots can be removed with the right chemicals. Remember the longer you leave the stain or odour the harder it will be to remove. The deodiriser in the cleaning solution will deal with most pet odours and urine stains.

7. What is the ozone treatment used for?

High ozone shock treatment or ozone blasting is a process for removing unwanted odour, killing mold, vermin and micro-organisms in commercial and residential buildings. This is used for carpets that have been water soaked (burst geyser, flash floods), excessive exposure to pet urine, etc.
